3) How we receive your message (Netlify → Make → Telegram)

When you submit our contact form, your submission is processed by Netlify (our website hosting provider). Netlify stores form submissions and makes them available to site administrators.

We then route the submission through Make (make.com) (automation/workflow) and receive the notification in Telegram.

Access: Only the company owner / legal representative has access to these submissions.

4) Purposes of processing

We process your data to:

• respond to your inquiry and communicate with you;
• evaluate a potential business relationship and provide requested information;
• maintain a record of communications for business continuity and dispute prevention.
